Return Policy

I will accept returns and exchanges within 30 business days after you receive your item, within good reason. Please submit your request to pirimee@earthlink.net or call 626-390-0230.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the original condition that you received it. Please use a traceable carrier; we are not responsible for packages lost in route.

Return and exchange requests are processed Monday through Friday and credits will be issued to either your credit card or PayPal account. Customers will be notified via email once we’ve received and processed your returning item(s). prime.com is not responsible for tracking your credit with your financial institution, please give the process up to five (5) business days to arrive to your account.
