Building a steamer to set dyes in silk.
The final interactive fusion of color to fabric is done by steaming. So I'm building a home-steamer. This will sit on the stove with fabric hung within for an hour or two. Here I'm sanding the steaming tube edges so as not to get snagged by metal burrs.
